Liebherr on the move
A tight squeeze for the Liebherr under a railway bridge. Low and Slow!

Hiab delivery of a fairground ride car
The car was lifted over the customers wall into position.

Our Bocker crane set up on a domestic drive
Short rig duties and low ground pressure loading speed make this possible.

Spider Lift
The Maeda 285 spider crane in action on a pier lifting a fair ground ride to enable maintenance to be carried out.

Smaller lifting equipment
This photo shows our 10t city crane and 4t/m mini hiab van.

The Demag in action
Tight places are no problem for JR Plant!

Bio Mass Boiler – Part 1
Installation of a 48 ton Bio Mass Boiler in three sections. This photo shows a 12 ton section being lifted from transport within a low building.
Due to the overhead restrictions a searcher hook was fitted to the crane cat head to enable the section to be rigged.

Bio Mass Boiler – Part 2
Once all three sections of the boiler were stacked within the building, our team jacked and skated the full stack to its final resting point.
This image shows a tandam lift of the below ground level Ash Tray.

Our 10 Ton City crane and Woods Powr Lifter
These were a good match for this limited access glazing job at a Golf Club.

Mini hiab in action
Our mini hiab unit lifting a 250kg electric panel into place within a confined area.
The radius of the lift was 8 meters.

Building construction
Our 10t city crane at work lifting I-Beams onto a new build.

Limited access
JR Plant was contracted to install 4 x 900kW Biomass Boilers and associated equipment. All items needed to be lifted into the building through one opening.
This photo shows a steam tank being lifted onto skates to enable it to be positioned within the building.

Tracked access platform
Soft and wet conditions are no problem for our 38m tracked access platform.

Small hiab lift
Our hiab lifting a light stand into position on a supermarket car park.

Limited space for lift
An 11 metre steel beam being lifted into place on a bungalow.
Access and the crane set-up area was very tight so the Demag AC40 City crane was utilised on half rig.

Smaller lifting equipment
A 10 ton feed hopper being lifted into place within a building.
Due to the restricted headroom, the Demag AC40-1 city crane was perfect for the works.

Working together
This tandam lift was required to lift the superstructure of a 50 ton crawler crane to allow on-site assembly.

Boat lifting
Loading, transporting and unloading an accident damaged 3 ton leisure boat with the 20t/m Hiab Lorry.

Wind turbine
The first photo shows a 14m Vertical Turbine blade being lifted into position on a 4-Navitas 55kw VAWT. Our 40 Ton City Crane is being utilised with full fly jib (44m) along with our 38m Spider Access Platform.
The second photo shows the on site erection of a 50kW vertical axis wind turbine.

Restricted headroom
The Hiab lorry lifting a 4 ton diving compressor onto the back of a dive support vessel.
Short rigging was required due to retricted headroom.

Lifting a private hot tub
This Hot Tub was lifted over a garden fence and onto transport for a customer.
The mini hab used, has a 300kg lift at 9.2 meters radius, making it ideal for the relocation of hot tubs and spas.

Relocating an oil tank
This photo shows our mini Hiab lifting a heating oil tank out of a redundant building. We then relocated the tank into a new building on the same premises.

Installation of air conditioning units
A contract lift to place two air conditioning units on top of a 35m tall building. Once at roof level our engineers skated them into position under a canopy.
The demag AC40-1 with full fly jib was utilised for the works.
